Airbus has said is to increase the monthly production rate of its A320 Family aircraft to 38 per month in August 2011 and to 40 per month in first quarter 2012. Currently Airbus turns out 34 A320 Family aircraft per month rising to 36 from December 2010. For the time being the A330/A340 Family production remains at rate 8.5.
