1. Sukhoi Civil Aircraft to Open Beijing Office
JSC Sukhoi Civil Aircraft (SCAC) has unveiled plans to open the companys first overseas client liaison office. The Beijing office, scheduled to be opened by the end of 2016, will specialize in marketing, promotion, certification and arrangements for financial support of Sukhoi Superjet 100, Sukhoi BusinessJet and SportJet by Sukhoi aircraft sales.

On Thursday, Sukhoi signed a contract with Thai Kom Airlines for six SSJ100 aircraft. Delivery of the six SSJ100, each configured with 100-seats, is expected to take place this year and next. The contract is worth approximately US$300 million at current list prices.
