Ban Kaew Ruean Kwan, a small village comprising of three individual Thai style Houses in Bophut, where you can feel at home, and experience a true Thai holiday in your own private Thai villa.

The three houses are surrounded by lush green foliage, and colourful bougainvillea, which ensures complete privacy to relax around the swimming pool or lotus pond.

The only villa which is available is the Chaba Villa as seen in the photograph to the left, the two others have been rented out on a long term lease. The Chaba Villa is built in two stories with the two bedrooms and a large outdoor terrace on the upper floor. Each bedroom is luxuriously decorated with Thai furnishings and each has its own large bathroom. The bathrooms are spacious and have a separate shower area (no bath), toilet and wash basin. The lower area of the villa, has a large and very comfortable open Thai style living area , with sofas and also a dining area and table. The villa also comes complete with a large kitchen, so if you do want to do your own cooking, then you have the space and a dining table sufficient enough to create any feast.

It would be advisable to rent your own vehicle whilst staying here, and the main areas of Chaweng are only 15 minutes away, with the famous restaurants and bars of Bophut a mere 5 minutes away.

The Villa is complete with, fully equipped kitchen, room safe, hair dryer, IDD phone, satellite TV with music channels, daily newspaper, afternoon tea, surprise gift, tea and coffee making facilities,  fresh tropical flowers, daily housekeeping service, tropical garden, swimming pool and deck chairs, pool towels, lotus pond, sala with library, private parking, and 24 hours security guard.
