SMBC Aviation Capital has boosted its total order book for the Airbus A320neo Family to 181 aircraft after signing a firm order for an additional 65 A320neo Family aircraft, of which 15 are A321neos and 50 are A320neos.

Air Europa has taken delivery of its first Boeing 787 Dreamliner. Air Europa leased the Boeing 787 through an agreement with SMBC Aviation Capital. The newest addition to Air Europa's fleet will touch down in Madrid today (16 March) following a nonstop 4,128 miles (6,643 kilometres) delivery flight from Boeing's 787 assembly site in North Charleston, South Carolina.
6. THAI Smile Takes Delivery of its First Airbus A320
THAI Smile, the new light premium regional sub-brand of Thai Airways International, has taken delivery of its first aircraft, an Airbus A320. Seating 174 passengers, the aircraft are powered by IAE V2527-A5 engines. The Bangkok-based carrier will start regional operations on 7th July with daily flights to Macau, before flying domestically to Krabi, Chiang Mai, Surat Thani and Phuke
7. Me Save Solo Tourism Exchange to Take Place in Honiara 5 July 2019
Tourism Solomons has confirmed that the second annual Me Save Solo tourism exchange will take place in Honiara on 5 July 2019. As in 2018, visiting buyers will be given the opportunity to stay on after the event to participate in a series of beyond Honiara educational study tours visiting Gizo and Munda in the Western Province, Marau Sound and Malaita.
8. American Airlines Takes Delivery of First Airbus A321neo
American Airlines has taken delivery of its first Airbus A321neo (reg: N400AN). The aircraft will spend a couple of weeks at Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT) undergoing the extensive acceptance checks conducted whenever the airline adds a new aircraft type to its fleet.
