The airline and the US-based leasing company Air Lease Corporation (ALC) have entered into an agreement for the introduction of four ATR 72-600s, and this week took delivery of the very first of these aircraft at the ATR facilities in Toulouse, France.

The Marina Bay Cruise Centre Singapore (MBCCS), Singapore’s 28,000-square metre International Cruise Terminal, has been completed with the official opening slated for late 2012. France’s Toulouse-Blagnac Airport has become the world’s first airport to trial SIM-based Near Field Communication (NFC) to allow passengers to pass through the airport’s checks, controls and gates using only their mobile phones. Using the security of the SIM card, the airport will enable 50 selected passengers to trial this new service on BlackBerry smartphones over the summer.
