The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited (HSH), a Hong Kong-listed company and owner and operator of The Peninsula Hotels, has promoted Ms. Nadine Maurellet to be General Counsel of the group. Aged 37, Ms. Maurellet is a Canadian national and received her education in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom.

India’s Jet Airways and Garuda Indonesia have signed a codeshare agreement, which comes into effect from 15 October 2013. Under the codeshare arrangement Jet Airways will place its marketing code on Garuda Indonesia’s flights between Singapore and Jakarta. In turn, Garuda will place its marketing code on Jet Airways’ operations between Singapore and Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai.
