137. Air China Upgrading Aircraft on Los Angeles - Beijing Route
Air China's second daily nonstop flight between Los Angeles and Beijing (CA 988/CA 987) is being upgraded to a Boeing 777-300ER on 1 June 2012. In February this year, the Los Angeles-Beijing evening flight (CA 984/CA 983) was the first Air China flight from the USA to use the more fuel-efficient 777.

Etihad Airways is to increase capacity on its daily flights between Abu Dhabi and Melbourne, introducing a new Boeing 777-300ER aircraft from 1 December 2013. 141. Emirates to Resume Flights to Conakry and Dakar on 3 September
Emirates will resume passenger services to Conakry, Guinea and Dakar, Senegal from 3 September 2020, taking the total number of cities served by Emirates in Africa to eight. Flights from Dubai to Conakry and Dakar will be linked services, operating twice weekly, utilising Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.

Emirates’ new daily flight to Oslo, operated with Boeing 777-300ER aircraft, departs Dubai as EK159 at 07:00 and arrives at Oslo Airport, Gardermoen at 12:10. The return flight, EK160 departs at 13:55 and arrives at Dubai International Airport at 22:50.

The larger aircraft, to start operating from 1 December 2013, will offer 328 seats in a three-class configuration - 36 more than the Airbus A340-600 which is currently flying the Melbourne-Abu Dhabi sector.
