The St. Regis Shanghai is now offering smart meeting planners various packages for both corporate and theme events from now until 31st December 2003. Guests are offered more than 1,000 square meters of meeting space and the latest technology.

Each meeting space is dedicated to an individual meeting with no partitions, providing guests with privacy. The hotel also offers exclusive breakout rooms and modern facilities including wireless high-speed internet connection. Every St. Regis meeting room offers a unique entrée into a world of understated - but unmistakable- elegance.

For corporate gatherings, The St. Regis Shanghai is currently offering the following meeting packages :

Executive Meeting Package

This package includes access to perfectly appointed meeting rooms from 8 am to 5 pm, buffet or set lunch, 2 refreshment breaks with a choice of freshly prepared snacks and pastries, 20% discount for business center services as well as a stylish stationery kit. This package is available at US$55 per guest.

Weekend Package

This package includes access to perfectly appointed meeting rooms from 8 am to 5 pm, buffet or set lunch, 2 refreshment breaks with a choice of freshly prepared snacks and pastries as well as a stylish stationery kit. Guests who are conducting meetings on weekends or public holidays can select this special weekend package at US$50 per guest.

Meeting-Out-Of-The-Box Package

This package includes access to perfectly appointed function rooms from 8 am to 5 pm, buffet or set lunch, 2 theme coffee breaks, creatively concocted by our Master Chef, 20% discount for business center services, a "wind down" reception which includes standard bar items and canapés, access to fresh coffee and tea making facilities in the meeting rooms as well as a stylish stationery kit for every participant. This package is available at US$65 per guest.

Besides the above privileges, guests can also enjoy wireless high-speed internet connection in all meeting rooms, state of the art audio-visual equipment, innovative floral arrangements as well as bottled mineral water and mints. 

In addition to corporate meetings, guests can also do away with their typical company meeting settings. They can bring themselves back two thousand years to the Silk Road and drink in the essence of one of histories' most romantic and evocative locations. Bookings are available for a minimum of 150 persons and be arranged in the Astor Ballroom or an outside venue according to guests' needs.

The above meeting packages are available from now until 31st December 2003. All prices are also subject to 15% surcharge.
