PRINCESS EXPANDS EUROPE CRUISETOUR OFFERINGS IN 2003

20 May 2002

Princess' 2003 Europe season will not only feature an expanded lineup of cruises, but also the company's most comprehensive land tour program to accompany them. Several new options have been added, with other packages redesigned, to give Princess passengers a variety of choices for creating a personal land/sea European vacation to some of the continent's most celebrated destinations.

Passengers aboard Grand Princess and Golden Princess' Mediterranean cruises can choose from five cruisetour options custom-designed to flow seamlessly with the cruise itinerary. The program includes a new tour of Italy featuring Rome and Tuscany, along with favorite options such as the Heart of Spain; London, Paris and Provence; the Swiss Alps; and the Danube region. Guests on Regal Princess' Scandinavia/Russia cruises can add one of three tour choices -- including the Danube, as well as London, Paris, Bruges and Amsterdam. The latter tour is also available without the London segment. For the first time, cruisetours have also been developed to mesh with select Royal Princess connoisseur cruises from Southampton, including a new tour of Britain and a London/Paris option.

"Our cruisetours are the perfect way to see Europe, because we've developed them to ensure that the level of service passengers enjoy at sea follow them in their land journey, whether they are being whisked to Paris aboard the Eurostar or relaxing at a Tuscan vineyard," said Dean Brown, Princess' executive vice president of customer service and sales. "With our Personal Choice options and years of experience in the region, we know how to show off the best of Europe by combining extraordinary itineraries with tremendous attention to detail, for the comfort of all our guests."

Tour options include:

London, Paris and Provence: (Grand/Golden Princess) -- Passengers can enjoy a taste of Britain and France to round out their Grand Mediterranean adventure. The six-night/seven-day tour features two nights each in London, Paris and Avignon. Highlights include first-class passage aboard the Eurostar train between London and Paris, a tour of Versailles and an excursion to Arles and its famed Roman Amphitheater.

Heart of Spain: (Grand/Golden Princess) -- A four-night journey featuring two nights each in cosmopolitan Madrid and exotic Seville. Highlights include a visit to the Royal Palace, a city tour of Toledo, and first-class train travel to Seville.

Rome, Tuscany/Umbria, Florence: (Grand/Golden Princess) -- This brand-new tour option features two nights each in Rome and Florence and one night in Perugia or Torgiano. Passengers will enjoy visits to Orvieto, Assisi and Siena, as well as a stop at a Tuscan vineyard.

Swiss Alps and Italian Lakes: (Grand/Golden Princess) -- A six-night tour with two nights each in Lucerne, Zermatt and Stresa. Highlights include visits to Lake Lucerne and Lake Como plus travel through scenic Simplon Pass.

Prague, Vienna, Budapest: (Grand/Golden/Regal Princess) -- Guests will spend two nights in each of these jewels of the Danube. Highlights include a visit to Prague's Hradcany Castle, a cruise on the Danube to Durnstein and a visit to Vienna's Schoenbrunn Palace.

London, Paris, Bruges, Amsterdam: (Regal Princess) -- This seven-night tour explores the best of western Europe. The package includes two nights each in London, Paris and Amsterdam, plus one night in Bruges. Highlights include Eurostar travel to Paris, a visit to Notre Dame, a Champagne vineyard in Reimes, and Delft. This tour is also available without the London segment.

Paris, Eurostar, London: (Royal Princess) -- Two nights in London and three nights in Paris with a full day excursion to the chateaux of the Loire Valley and first-class Eurostar transportation through the Channel Tunnel.

London, Stratford, Bath: (Royal Princess) -- A four-night English sojourn with one night in London, one night in the birthplace of Shakespeare, Stratford-upon-Avon, and two nights in the historic hot springs town of Bath. Excursions take in highlights such as Stonehenge and Salisbury Cathedral.

Early-booking fares for Princess' Europe cruisetours begin at $3,699, with special pricing available for group bookings.
