Industrial action expected to cause flight disruptions across Europe 19 and 20 June 2002

Due to a planned European air traffic control strike on Wednesday 19 June 2002 and a general strike called in Spain the following day Thursday 20 June 2002, many airlines are cancelling and / or re-routing flights.

The industrial action is highly likely to cause major disruptions and we strongly recommend any passengers to check with their airline on the status of any European flights.
