The Dubai Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) has produced a 12-minute digital video disc (DVD) promoting the emirate’s attractions as a tourist destination targeting the international traveler.
The DVD titled Discover Dubai - The True Arabian Experience will mainly be used to introduce Dubai and its tourist attractions to the international traveler.
Commenting on the new format destination film, DTCM Director General, Khalid A. bin Sulayem, said, “The DVD will portray the emirate as a top class tourist destination and will be shown at DTCM seminars, presentations, roadshows, tourism exhibitions, workshops and other promotions around the world.”
He noted that the DVD covers all aspects of the emirate’s tourist attractions that are of particular interest to the international traveler.
“Discover Dubai meets the needs of the international traveler and contains comprehensive information about Dubai’s tourism facilities and services with special emphasis on the type of activities enjoyed tourists,” Mr. bin Sulayem said.
The DVD meets the high quality standards that are a feature of all the DTCM's promotional material. Copies of the DVD in PAL and NTSC formats will be on sale at the DTCM's Head Office for a price of AED 40 per copy. |
