All First Class passengers departing from China Southern's home base at Baiyun International Airport can order anything they want to eat with only a single-day advance notice to the airline. Travel agents, from anywhere in the world, can also order specific gourmet meals for their First Class clients by merely sending a message to China Southern Airlines via their CRS computer system.
In addition to the current First Class menu fare on China's largest airline which includes exceptional Cantonese and International cuisine, passengers can make advance special gourmet meal orders such as:
Steak Low Fat
Lobster No Salt
Vegetarian Muslim
Kosher No Fat
China Southern Airlines also offers special Children's meals including Hot Dogs and Hamburgers.
