Sofitel gives Travel Agents the 'Star' Treatment

Sofitel, the prestige brand of Accor hotels, is offering discounted rates for travel at over 140 participating deluxe hotels in major cities and resort destinations worldwide.

From now until 31 December, Sofitel offers travel agents huge savings of up to 75% for their personal trips at hotels in leading destinations around the world including France, Germany, United States, Britain, Tahiti, Morocco, Australia and throughout Asia (in countries such as China. Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan, Korea and Indonesia).

The Sofitel Star Programme 2004 rates include single or double occupancy, with reservations based on availability and limited to a maximum of two rooms per client. Reservation must be made in advance and agents are requested to show industry identification on check in.

As an added bonus Sofitel is also offering complimentary accommodation to children under the age of 12 when using existing bedding in their parents’ room, subject to availability.

* France : Sofitel Arc de Triomphe Paris 95 euros 

* French Polynesia : Sofitel Maeva Beach Tahiti 56 euros

* Australia: The Wentworth Sydney (managed by Sofitel) AUD$103 

* Thailand: Sofitel Silom Bangkok US$45 

* Thailand: Sofitel Central Hua Hin Resort US$35 

* Cambodia: Sofitel Royal Angkor US$70 

* Vietnam: Sofitel Dalat Palace US$50 

* Vietnam: Sofitel Metropole Hanoi US$43 

* Malaysia: Sofitel Palm Resort Johor Bahru U$$25 

* China: Sofitel Jin Jiang Oriental Pudong Shanghai US$65 

* China: Sofitel Boao, Hainan Island US$65
