Ana Mandara Resort & Spa benefits from new airport service to Nha Trang

Ana Mandara Resort & Spa has welcomed the upgrade and introduction of flights to and from Cam Ranh Airport, serving Vietnams beach resort city of Nha Trang with increased flight frequency and a runway that caters to larger airplanes.

In celebration of the birthday of Ho Chi Minh on May 19, the facilities at Cam Ranh Airport have been upgraded for civilian use - it had been used by the military since the nations Independence in 1975.

Ana Mandara Resort has outfitted several small busses to provide the complimentary 34 km (21 mile) transfer from Cam Ranh to the resort, ensuring that the journey reflects the comfort and level of service enjoyed by guests during their stay. A private limousine transfer option will be introduced soon with a vehicle charge of US$40 round-trip for up to four guests.

Initially, Cam Ranh Airport will handle domestic flights from Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Da Nang, where travelers will complete immigration procedures before completing their trip with Vietnam Airlines. On arrival at Cam Ranh Airport, Ana Mandara Resort hosts will greet guests and arrange for accompanying luggage to be transferred to their bus.

With the inauguration of Cam Ranh Airport, Nha Trangs mid-town airport will cease operation for all traffic civilian and military, thus eliminating any disturbances that its location brought.
