SriLankan Airlines Offers Double Skywards Miles on Business Class in May and June

Skywards is offering Double Miles from 1 May to 10 June 2004, for travel on SriLankan Airline’s Business Class for most of its routes. For example, on a Hong Kong/Colombo return journey, a member is entitled to 7,528 Miles on Business Class; during this promotion he/she will get 15,056 Miles. With just 10,000 Miles, a member is entitled to a free return ticket from Colombo to the Maldives or to any point in South India.

Seats in Business Class on SriLankan’s Airbus A330s and most A340s are placed two abreast so that every passenger gets either a window or aisle seat. Every passenger has in-seat TVs with 34 on demand videos via a personal video player, 18 channels of video entertainment, 16 video games and 22 channels of audio entertainment.

Mr Johann Wijesinghe, Manager Singapore, SriLankan Airlines said, “SriLankan is launching the Double Miles reward promotion as a way to show its appreciation to its frequent Business Class flyers. The Double Miles promotion will also attract more passengers to fly Business Class on SriLankan, which offers value for money with its many additional enhanced features.”
