Kempinski Hotels &
Resorts has signed a management contract for a new-build hotel in Dalian, North East China. The Kempinski Hotel Dalian
will have 170 rooms and suites and will be part of a large complex comprising
luxury residences, serviced apartments and offices. The complex will also
offer a Member’s Club & Spa as well as boutiques covering over 100,000 m².
Located at the heart of Zhongshan District, Dalian’s premium shopping and
commercial centre. The entire complex will be housed within four towers on
two podiums, on either side of Jie Fang Road, Dalian’s main boulevard.
Dalian is a lively garden city as well as the major port of Liao-ning Province.
The Kempinski Hotel Dalian is the Group’s third contract in China
announced since 2003. Construction has been completed and decoration begins in July 2004. The opening is scheduled for Spring 2005. |
