Myanmar Tourism Promotion Board launches Mystical Myanmar FAM trips

The Myanmar Tourism Promotion Board, Marketing Committee today announced it is organizing fixed date departure FAM Trips for travel agents, travel writers, travel photographers and others involved in the promotion of travel to the Far East starting from Tuesday 8th of April and then fortnightly from then until the 30th of September. (12 departure dates).

April: 08 & 22 June: 10 & 24 August: 12 & 26

May: 13 & 27 July: 08 & 22 September: 16 & 30

These Fam trips will be offered to Travel Industry people as mentioned above, world wide via MMC website, e-mail, Travel Trade Press, and through releases at ITB and other Travel Shows.

Prices Industry     Agent - Companion

Ex Bangkok         US$ 395  -  US$ 550

Price Includes:

1) Air tickets with Myanmar Airways International or Thai Airways International ex Bangkok

2) Seven nights accommodation in Myanmar based on Twin Share basis inclusive of breakfast

3) Domestic Flights within Myanmar including insurance

4) Sight seeing and ground handling with English speaking guide.

5) Entrance fees to specified Pagodas etc.

This promotion is open to bona-fide Travel Agents, Travel Writers and Travel Photographers only. A letter stating proof of employment must be received on company letter head accompanying the booking form. Self employed persons in the industry must submit proof of work done in the tourism field.
