Leading UAE interior contractor DEPA Interiors today confirmed that it has
won an US$18 million turnkey interiors contract for the Four Seasons San
Stefano Hotel in Alexandria, Egypt.
The announcement was made by general manager Ali Malas at The Hotel
Show, the Middle East’s leading hotel supplies event, where the company is
among 199 exhibitors from 24 countries displaying a vast range of products
and services for the hospitality industry at Airport Expo Dubai.
The contract, which includes the full interior fit-out and supply and
installation of furniture, lighting equipment, fittings, and bedding, adds to a
long line of major projects already completed by the company for many of
the world’s leading hotel operators.
DEPA, an affiliate of Arab Technical Construction Co (Arabtec), has been
specialising in full scope fit-out and furnishing of luxury hotels and facilities
for the past 33 years, and is currently executing major packages in the interior fit-out of the Conference Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
The company has been a regular exhibitor at The Hotel Show, which is
organised by event management and marketing specialists, Streamline Marketing, and is being held under the patronage of H.H.General Sheikh
Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, UAE Minister of
Defence, and chairman of the Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing. |
