"Our enthusiasm for Johor Bahru speaks for itself. We haven't yet begun our Johor Bahru hub operations and we are already launching our first regional flight from Johor Bahru. We really believe down south here the market is huge. People want low fares and they will find it, we only make it available and easier for them."

With our low fares it's no longer a tough choice to make; in fact it gives them a reason to fly! We hope to stimulate passenger traffic both ways and further boost the tourism industry for both Johor Bahru and Bangkok." said Tony Fernandes, Chief Executive Officer, AirAsia
