China Southern Airlines launches New 757 Service to Dubai

China Southern Airlines has launched a new Boeing 757 service between Beijing and Dubai.

The new China Southern service departs Beijing every Monday at 5:45 p.m. – arrives in Urumqi at 9:35 p.m. and continues onto Dubai arriving at 12:30 a.m. (+1).

The return flight departs each Tuesday from Dubai at 1:40 a.m. and arrives in Urumqi at 10:20 a.m. and continues onto Beijing arriving at 3:05 p.m., all times local.

China Southern Airlines’ new Dubai service compliments its already twice weekly - Tuesday and Sunday service - between Beijing and Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates.

Dubai International Airport is considered the Middle East’s premier and busiest airport. In 2002, a total of 16 million passengers passed through the airport registering a remarkable 18% growth over 2001. The ACI traffic statistics have ranked Dubai International Airport as one of the fastest growing airports in the world. Airports Council International (ACI) released a report which saw Dubai International Airport emerge as the second fastest growing airport in the world in 2002.
