Cairo's newest exclusive family retreat, the 5 star deluxe JW Marriott Hotel, Mirage City Cairo has opened. The hotel is the newest international JW Marriott Hotel and the third JW Marriott Hotel in the Middle East.

From the meeting organiser's point of view, the hotel offers one of the largest ballrooms in Cairo seating 2000 people for gala dinners and 2,600 for conferences, with many other smaller meeting and private banquet rooms.

The hotel also features one of the largest onsite health spas in the world (80,000 square feet), various sporting facilities from tennis to the championship18-hole golf course designed by Peter Harridan, and a first for Cairo, plus a themed water-park 'The Beach' with wave pool and waterslides.

Neal Jones, Director of Marketing commented, 'This JW Marriott Hotel offers refined levels of luxury with the comprehensive business facilities expected by the business traveller, while offering a vast choice of restaurants, bars,  sporting and relaxation facilities, all combining to create a unique, distraction free environment, conducive to strategic thinking.'
