Ziad Bassila appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at Crowne Plaza Beirut

Ziad Bassila has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at the Crowne Plaza Beirut.

Bassila joined InterContinental Hotels Group in 1997 as Account Manager for the Crowne Plaza Dubai before becoming Director of Sales and Marketing at the Holiday Inn Bur Dubai in 2001.

A hotel management graduate from Vancouver, Canada, Bassila also has three years’ experience in banquet sales and marketing gained in Montreal.

The 198-room Crowne Plaza Beirut is one of 11 Crowne Plaza properties in the Middle East and North Africa operated by InterContinental Hotels Group, which also manages three InterContinental hotels and one Holiday Inn property in Lebanon.
