Aqualuna, an authentic Chinese junk from the aqua restaurant group, has launched a new sailing route to Stanley Market every Saturday and Sunday afternoon. The new route is aqualuna’s first outside of Hong Kong harbour, and the company is hoping it will become a ‘must do’ for tourists visiting the vibrant city. Departing on both Saturdays and Sundays at 12 noon, guests will be able to enjoy a relaxed 90 minute sailing before arriving in style at Blake Pier at 1:45pm. Once there, guests can step into Stanley’s colourful market and hunt for bargains galore, lunch at one of the many the street-side cafes or restaurants, visit the Tin Hau Temple or sightsee at any one of a number of historical sights before boarding aqualuna at 3:30pm to leisurely head back to Central. Onboard aqualuna, guests can lounge on luxurious, sunken sofas and cushions on the upper open deck whilst soaking up the sunshine, or sit comfortably at beautifully designed, dark wooden Chinese dining tables and chairs on the main deck never missing a moment of the mesmerising skyline from Victoria Harbour to unexplored corners of coastline. The new day cruises costs HK$190 one way and HK$290 for a round trip journey, including one beverage each way. Schedule:
