The Myanmar Tourism Promotion Board - Marketing Committee is organizing fixed date departure Familiarization Trips; 8Days/7Nights Mystical Myanmar and 6 Days/5 Nights Highlights of Myanmar Fam Trips covering Yangon, Bagan, Mandalay respectively from November 2008 - September 2009 as per below departure dates starting from Bangkok, Singapore and (or) Kuala Lumpur.

The Mystical Myanmar 8Days/7 Nights and Highlights of Myanmar 6 Days/5 Nights will take place: ■ November: 12 26 ■ December: 10 24 ■ January: 14 28 ■ February: 11 25 ■ March: 11 25 ■ May: 13 27 ■ April: 22 ■ June: 10 24 ■ July: 08 22 ■ August: 12 26 ■ September: 9 23.

The above FAM Trips are specially packaged with the contribution and sponsorship from international and domestic airlines; hotels; tour operators and other tourism related businesses in Myanmar exclusively for travel professionals and personnel from Travel Agents; Tour Operators; and Travel Writers; Travel Photographers of the industry worldwide.

A letter stating proof of employment must be received on company letterhead accompanying the booking form. Self-employed persons in the industry must submit proof of work done in the tourism field.

Prices Include:

- All accommodation based on twin-sharing inclusive of breakfast
- Daily breakfast at hotels
- All transfers, sightseeing and excursions with private vehicle as mentioned in the itinerary
- All Entrance Fees & Zone Fees at specified sites
- English Speaking Guide Services
- Domestic airfares
- International ticket to and from Bangkok or Singapore or Kuala Lumpur

- International airfare fuel surcharge, Insurance; Visa Fees and Departure Airport Tax
- All Meals not specified in the itinerary

- Tips and porters at the hotels
- International airport departure tax Yangon (Currently US$10)
- Any other items not mentioned

Full payment must be received upon arrival in Yangon in cash, however credit card details need to be provided at the time of the booking. Cancellation fees of international and domestic airfares will be imposed for cancellations made after both international and domestic air tickets have been issued.

Additionally, pre and post extensions to Golden Rock and the amazing Ngapali & Ngwe Saung Beach are also available at additional cost for a minimum of 2 participants.
