SpiceJets full content is now available to users of Amadeus e-Travel Management (AeTM), Amadeus' online multi global distribution system (GDS) corporate booking tool, via a direct API development.

The airline is the first of a number of Indian low cost carriers whose content will be made available through AeTM over the coming year.

Users of AeTM in India will be able to book ancillary services such as inflight meals while ensuring they are booking negotiated corporate fares. Additionally, AeTM users have flexible account payment options rather than having to input credit card details in every travellers profile or at the end of every booking.

Mr. Neil Mills, Chief Executive Officer, SpiceJet ltd. said, Corporate travel is on the rise in India with business travel expected to grow by 10% this year. We are delighted to work with industry leaders like Amadeus, to ensure our fares are available to corporations in India with the potential to reach over 6,000 corporations worldwide. Thanks to Amadeus technology leadership, we can reach our future business goals to establish SpiceJet as the leading LCC for travel within India.

The AeTM platform allows organisations to integrate all elements of its global travel programs - including travel policies, preferred suppliers and negotiated rates into one easy-to-use website, saving them time and money in the process.
