Christian Lueke Joins Courtyard by Marriott Thailand

Christian Lueke has been appointed Cluster Director of Marketing of the four Courtyard by Marriott resorts in Thailand. Mr Lueke joins Courtyard by Marriott from the Thai-owned Onyx Hospitality Group, where for five years he worked as Group Director of Sales and Marketing, responsible for all sales and marketing functions in both Thailand and overseas.

Prior to that role, Mr Lueke held the position of Director of Sales and Marketing for HMS International Hotel.

Mr Lueke also has an excellent background in negotiating with tour operators as well as working closely with leading corporate clients across Europe.

Mr Lueke will be responsible for increasing the profile of the Courtyard by Marriott resorts in Phuket and Hua Hin and lead all sales efforts.

Furthermore, he will oversee all the advertising and public relations campaigns related to Courtyard by Marriott resorts in Thailand, as well as develop the group’s marketing plans and work closely with all departments to ensure maximum profitability.
