RateTiger Launches Hotel Content Management Tool

Travel News Asia Latest Travel News Podcasts Videos Monday, 25 April 2011

RateTiger has launched its latest hotel product - RTSuite Content.

RTSuite Content acts as a live content data bank that allows hoteliers to manage and update hotel descriptions, room type details, services, contact details and locality information. Once updated, connected travel websites will be automatically updated, thus removing cumbersome multi-channel manual updates.

With consumers spending hours on research, content is one key influencer for booking decisions. Quality detail and up-to-date information allow shoppers to better judge whether a property meets set criteria. This makes it essential that the brand is accurately and prominently described and represented.

In time, RTSuite Content will merge into a central depository for managing all aspects of hotel content, hosting an index of all sales collateral media.

“It is important that hoteliers become more efficient at managing their online web presence. Our product will assist in pushing all the necessary branding and property information to its relevant sales and marketing channels to ease this new administrative burden,” said Michael McCartan, COO, eRevMax. “Content is key! Customers want enriched content which in return is hard to manage manually. In time RTSuite Content will become a central point for managing all your marketing avenues including catalogue, website, travel operators and online sales channels, thereby keeping everything up-to-date and relevant. This tool will help hotels position the property exactly as it should be.”

RTSuite Content is web-based and available as an add-on module with RTSuite.
