Worldhotels is launching two new products designed to help its hotels maximise internet bookings.

Spider by Worldhotels is a complete bundle of online solutions which will help increase web business via the hotels own website and other direct booking channels, whilst OTA360 is a one-stop-shop Online Travel Agency (OTA) management system.

Spider by Worldhotels

Independent hotels can now benefit from a complete range of online solutions designed to drive business through direct distribution channels.

The complete package themed Spider by Worldhotels includes a customised desktop website, a mobile website with an integrated mobile booking engine and a booking application integrated into the hotels Facebook Fan Page. The service is available for affiliated hotels for a reservation fee on generated business.

The hotel website, which will be delivered in partnership with the internet marketing agency Pangaea, will be available in at least two languages and is complete with search engine optimised structure and content, as well as third party feeds such as Weather Widget and Google Maps. The user friendly content management system will help hotels to easily update their website content and to include hotel relevant information such as floorplans, images, special offers, news and 360 panoramas.

To drive traffic to the hotels pages on worldhotels.com and the hotels websites, Worldhotels says it will undertake dedicated e-marketing activities such as identifying keywords relevant for search engine users, tailored email marketing campaigns and articles on destination pages and blog posts to optimise hotels search engine rankings.

OTA360 by Worldhotels

With the new OTA360 service, Worldhotels enables hotels to manage all of their business with online travel agencies via the groups central reservation system (CRS).

Hotels no longer need to manually handle a multitude of OTA extranets or rely on costly third party channel management tools when loading rates or dealing with incoming reservations.

During the launch phase, OTA360 will include access to more than 40 online travel agencies in addition to the existing direct connections, which Worldhotels has already established with the most important OTAs such as Expedia, Booking.com and Hotel.de. In the future, the service will include interfaces to over 500 OTAs.

Additional services included in the OTA360 package are a co-funded campaign with at least one major OTA worth US$20,000, as well as features on participating hotels in four scheduled Worldhotels email marketing campaigns.

The launch of Spider by Worldhotels and OTA360 follows the groups recent announcement that its hotels are now able to display real time rates and availability in relevant search listings on Google Maps and on related Google Place pages and drive business directly to their own website.
