Kuoni Signs Multi-National Agreement with Travelport

Travelport has signed a new multi-year agreement with leading leisure travel organisation, Kuoni.

Building on a long term relationship, Travelport will continue to provide tour operator Kuoni with a range of Galileo applications and ticketing solutions, flexible at a country level. The renewed deal takes effect in 11 countries: Austria, Belgium, France, Hong Kong, India, Italy, the Netherlands, Scandinavia, Spain, Switzerland and the UK.

Benno Iten, chief information officer at Kuoni, said, “Travelport has always been an important GDS provider for us and we are confident that as a result of this new agreement, we will continue to receive impressive scope and quality of content coupled with leading technology solutions, beneficial for us and our customers.”

Sandra McLeod, senior vice president global accounts & strategic corporate development at Travelport, added, “As a leading tour operator with a long, impressive history, we are pleased to continue providing Kuoni with the technology and solutions to support their ongoing business needs.”
