GHM Opens Shanghai Office

GHM has opened a regional office in China. The new office in Shanghai will be headed by Andreas Herbst, Vice President China.

The strategic decision to open an office in China is to drive the sales and marketing efforts for GHM and its properties by a dedicated team to the China market. The team will also be responsible for the development and management of several new GHM hotels and mixed use development across China in the next few years.

The current GHM portfolio of hotels and resorts is set to expand over the coming years with a number of new openings in the pipeline including two properties in China, The Chedi, Suzhou and The Chedi, Yaiping Lake.
