Bangkok Airways Appoints General Sales Agent for India

Bangkok Airways has appointed Global Aviation Services Pvt. Ltd as its General Sales Agent (GSA) for India.

Bangkok Airways will begin its Bangkok – Mumbai service on 2 March and Bangkok – Dhaka on 27 March 2011.

Currently, Bangkok Airways flies to seven routes in Thailand: Chiang Mai, Lampang, Sukhothai, Pattaya (U-Tapao), Trat, Phuket, Samui and Krabi. It also flies to seven international routes: Hong Kong, Singapore, Luang Prabang, Phnom Penh, Siem Reap, Yangon and Maldives.

The airline's fleet consists of 17 aircrafts (8 ATRs, 3 Airbus A320s and 6 Airbus A319s).
