Argus Car Hire Launches Price Promise Guarantee

Travel News Asia Latest Travel News Podcasts Videos Thursday, 25 November 2010

European car rental site ArgusCarHire.com has introduced a Price Promise guarantee for all of its customers.

The aim the Price Promise is to assure customers that they will not find a lower rate for the same rental car in the same location and rental period on any other website. In the event that a cheaper deal is found elsewhere online, the company says it will refund the difference.

The claim process is simple. Once a customer submits a claim, a Price Promise agent investigates the alternative offer and responds to the customer within 48 hours of receiving the claim.

If Argus's Price Promise team find and replicate the lower price they will refund the difference to the customers who have an "active" booking and reduce their price to match the alternative offer for customers who do not have an "active" booking. All refunds are subject to terms and conditions.

Commenting on the launch of the Price Promise guarantee, Barry Malone, Head of Online at ArgusCarHire.com said, "Our new Price Promise guarantee is testament to Argus Car Hire's strong commitment to offering the best value rates for online car hire. As a customer-focused company, competitive pricing and consumer satisfaction have always been top of our list of priorities. With the Price Promise guarantee, customers can see for themselves how dedicated we are to providing them with the best available car rental deals."
