Absolute Hotel Services Signs Hotel in India

Absolute Hotel Services India has signed a management contract with Prescon Hospitality for a new hotel which will be fully renovated and branded as U Desertscape Jodhpur. The hotel is scheduled to open in July 2011.

With 63 rooms U Desertscape Jodhpur will be a destination resort, located on the outskirts of Jodhpur. The hotel will feature a pool in the style of a Bundi, two restaurants, conference facilities, a gym and library.

Mr. Jonathan Wigley, chairman of Absolute Hotel Services India, said, “We are confident that U Desertscape Jodhpur will be a popular destination resort with leisure travelers who are seeking a relaxed, quiet environment.”

Jodhpur is the second largest city in the state of Rajasthan, India. It is called the Gateway to Thar, as it is literally on the edge of the Thar Desert.
