Tokyo’s legendary Imperial Hotel, a member of The Leading Hotels of the World, is celebrating its 120th anniversary with special rates on luxury suites.

The iconic landmark favoured by statesmen, royalty and celebrities is promoting Imperial Floor Junior Suites from JPY 60,000 for single occupancy, JPY 67,000 for couples and JPY 74,000 for three guests for bookings before 31 November 2010 on visits up to 31 March 2011.

The promotional rates are Inclusive of tax and service charge and include breakfast and complimentary use of the hotel pool, sauna, and fitness centre.

Opened in 1890 across the avenue from the Emperor's palace, the Imperial was for many decades the only fully European-style hotel in Tokyo. It was restyled in 1923 by legendary architect Frank Lloyd Wright.

Overlooking the Imperial Palace grounds, the hotel still features the Old Imperial Bar, with Frank Lloyd Wright décor dating back to the 1920s, as well as a glamorous Frank Lloyd Wright suite.
