Turkish Airlines Appoints New Director Thailand / Cambodia

Turkish Airlines has appointed Mr Kerrar Yuksel as Director for Thailand and Cambodia.

Based in Thailand, Mr Yuksel replaces Mr Adnan Aykac, who moved to work in India as Turkish Airlines Director for New Delhi.

Mr Yuksel will oversee the overall commercial strategies and initiatives across Thailand and Cambodia markets, and strengthen business relationships with corporate clients and business partners as well as cargo and travel agents in Thailand.

Prior to his appointment, Mr Yuksel, a Turkish national, was a Specialist at Turkish Airlines Marketing & Sales Department for Asia & Far East markets at the airline head office in Istanbul for three years. Before that he had extensive experience in both marketing and sales at Ozyasar Wire & Galvanizing AS and Ikbal Domestic & Foreign Commerce Ltd.

Mr Yuksel holds a Masters Degree in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University in the US and a Bachelors Degree in International Relations at Istanbul University in Turkey.

Mr Yuksel enjoys reading, watching movies, documentary films and playing Japanese chess (GO). Mr Yuksel is married and has one son.
