Crystal to Operate Two New Pacific Coast Cruises

Travel News Asia Latest Travel News Podcasts Videos Monday, 15 November 2010

Crystal Cruises is offering luxury travelers more opportunities to explore California’s coastal cities with two additional Pacific Coast voyages added to the fall 2011 calendar.

Sailing round-trip from Los Angeles aboard Crystal Symphony, the seven-day “Coastal Escape” and “Pacific Sunsets” cruises feature Crystal’s first ever itineraries with overnight stays in San Francisco, plus visits to Santa Barbara, San Diego and Ensenada, Mexico.

Departing 20 November and 4 December 2011, the voyages both offer $500 per person ‘All Inclusive – As You Wish’ shipboard credits, in addition to free air transportation from a host of North American gateways and Two-for-One cruise fares.

With a new promotion, children under 17 can sail free with two adults in the same stateroom on the 20 November Thanksgiving cruise.

“Interest in our new spring Pacific coastal cruises has been very strong,” said Bill Smith, senior vice president, sales and marketing. “It made sense to replace a couple of our fall 2011 Mexican Riviera cruises with West Coast cruises that are generating attention from locals, East Coasters and even overseas-based guests.”

Perfect Choice Dining expands Crystal’s dining choices in 2011 with new flexible Open Dining by Reservation, enabling guests to dine when and where they choose, in addition to the line’s classic main and late seating options.

With a Two-for-One promotion (including air and credits), per person fares for the new fall Pacific Coast cruises start at US$2,650, double occupancy.
