 More EAM than her official title of Room Division Manager, Ms Kanokwan tells us what is behind the hotel's unusual name, where - if ever - the second Rest Detail Hotel might be located, and about the hotel's business in general, including how the hotel manages the web and rates, where clients are coming from and expected increases in AOR for 2010.
