Last week, ASIA Travel Tips.com had the opportunity to sit down
with Ms Kanokwan Charoenwat of the luxury boutique Rest Detail
Hotel in Hua Hin, Thailand.
More EAM than her official title of
Room Division Manager, Ms Kanokwan tells us what is behind the
hotel's unusual name, where - if ever - the second Rest Detail
Hotel might be located, and about the hotel's business in general,
including how the hotel manages the web and rates, where clients
are coming from and expected increases in AOR for 2010.

Thailand is famous for many gastronomic
delights, but bread is definitely not one of them. However, as a
large majority of guests at the Rest Detail Hotel in Hua Hin are
Europeans, the hotel has decided to control and improve the
quality of the bread served, by making it in-house. The result is
a delicious variety of breads, served with different, and equally
scrumptious, spreads.
