Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts Launches Summer Promotions

Travel News Asia Latest Travel News Podcasts Tuesday, 2 June 2009

Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts has launched a range of special packages for the summer.

As the global economic recession continues its hold on the world, many travellers are looking for deals that allow them a great vacation without putting too much pressure on tight budgets.

Mövenpick has consequently created a ‘pay two nights and get one additional night free’ or ‘pay five nights and get two additional nights free’.

Another, the ‘weekend package’ comes with the option of either a free upgrade to the next room category or a free daily breakfast.

Travellers can choose holidays in exciting cities such as Dubai, Doha and Berlin, resort vacations in beautiful places like Phuket, Crete and Mauritius as well as cultural breaks in such interesting destinations as Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

“We are conscious that families are perhaps not in a position to spend a lot for their annual vacation yet still want to be able to take some time out and travel which is why we believe many will want to shop around for the best deal this year” said Toufic Tamim, vice president sales and marketing Middle East. “With this in mind we created these packages that are available not only in this region but also in our participating hotels across Europe, Africa and Asia.”
