Travel News Asia Latest Travel News Podcasts Friday, 24 July 2009

The Singapore Airlines Service Centre has moved to ION Orchard, the newest shopping centre located in the heart of Singapore’s busy premier shopping district.

Located at Orchard Turn, just above the Orchard MRT station, ION Orchard’s strategic location offers improved accessibility for the airline’s customers. And with the Singapore Airlines Service Centre and PPS Club Service Centre now integrated under one roof, customers will be able to benefit from a more seamless service experience.

The integrated Singapore Airlines Service Centre is located at #04-05 at ION Orchard, and will operate from 8.30am to 6pm from Mondays to Saturdays, and from 9.30am to 5pm on Sundays.

Prior to the move to ION Orchard, the service centre was temporarily housed at The Atrium@Orchard. Operations at The Atrium@Orchard will continue until 6pm Monday, 27 July 2009.

Customers can enjoy all ticketing services currently available at The Atrium@Orchard. Downtown check-in will not be available, although customers can continue to check in online, or at the self-service kiosks located at the service centre 48 hours before their scheduled departure time.
