Avis Launches Free Car Rental Promotion for Singapore Residents

Avis Singapore has launched a “Win Free Worldwide Car Rentals” lucky draw.

Travellers who rent a car directly with Avis Singapore can register online for a lucky draw to win a refund of their local or overseas car rental in over 160 countries with an Avis presence.

There will be 3 lucky winners announced monthly in July, August and September 2009.

The lucky draw is open to all customers residing in Singapore and all qualifying rentals must take place between 1 June to 31 August 2009.

Avis opened its first operations in Asia in 1970 in Hong Kong. Throughout the 70s Avis grew steadily in the region, with operations launched in Singapore, the Philippines, Pakistan, Malaysia and Indonesia. More recently, developments have included openings in India, China and Taiwan.
