Visa Platinum, Visa Signature and Visa Infinite cardholders can now avoid queues at airline check-in and immigration counters following the launch of a new Airport Meet and Assist Service available at more than 20 airports in Asia Pacific, the United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.

To offer the service Visa has partnered with EXTRA, one of the largest networks of executive airport meet and assist services in Asia Pacific and one of the three biggest chauffeur drive booking networks in the world.

The service is available at many of the world’s key airport hubs including Changi Airport in Singapore, Suvarnabhumi Airport in Thailand, Beijing and Shanghai Airports in China, Dubai Airport in the United Arab Emirates and Heathrow Airport in the United Kingdom.

In addition to the Airport Meet and Assist Service, Visa premium cardholders can also avail themselves of premium airport limousine services at more than 500 cities in 40 countries and territories.

Manoj Adlakha, Head of Visa’s Premium Products in Asia Pacific said, “The well-planned and jam-packed itineraries of our Visa premium cardholders will benefit from having fast track services at airport arrival and departure points. Visa’s Airport Meet and Assist Service helps reduce any pain points our cardholders may feel when traveling.”

Charles Pollard, CEO of EXTRA in Asia Pacific and the Middle East said, "We are very pleased to introduce pre-booked and managed ground travel to Visa premium cardholders. The service means travelers enjoy a seamless path between the aircraft door and the hotel door.”

Visa premium cardholders can make a reservation for the Airport Meet and Assist as well as Airport Transfer Services with just a phone call, online or via e-mail. Upon arrival at either airport, cardholders will be greeted at the gate and escorted through a fast-track customs and security check. When departing, designated personnel will manage the check-in process and escort cardholders through customs and security.
