Dusit appoints Tulaya Pornpiriyakulchai as Director of Marketing and Communications

Dusit International has appointed Tulaya Pornpiriyakulchai as Director of Marketing and Communications. Ms Pornpiriyakulchai will be responsible for all Marketing Services, Advertising and Public Relations of the company, she will also be building the brand architecture of the company from the new brand strategies launched in October last year.

Upon completing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Arts from Massachusetts College of Art, Boston, USA, Tulaya returned to Thailand in 2001. She has worked at various establishments such as JSL Company Limited, Siam Piwat Company Limited and, most recently, Lowe Worldwide international advertising agency. During her five-year tenure at Lowe, Tulaya gained immense work experience in conceptual development, brand identity, strategic concept and IMC (Integrated Marketing Communications). She was later promoted as Creative Vice President where she successfully developed the dusitD2 hotel brand concept, and closely assisted Thai Airways International in its 2005 re-branding campaign.

Tulaya lived in the USA, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan collectively for over 20 years before returning to Thailand. She has a deep understanding of cultural perspectives, creative flair and brand implementation skills.
