The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Miami has upgraded its six VIP Spa Suites with new time offerings, bespoke amenities and an elegant décor. The six spa suites are located on the top floor of the Spa and all feature floor to ceiling windows with panoramic views of Biscayne Bay. Taking from The Spa’s oriental heritage, each pair of suites, consisting of two Thai Massage suites, two couples’ suites and two suites for private treatments, has been newly designed with sheer luxury and relaxation in mind.

The Nuat Thai Suites are literally named after the Thai word for “massage,” as they offer the ideal space to receive the very best in Thai massage. The split level design allows for an elevated platform with a soft Asian mat providing plenty of room for the stretching and elongated movements that Thai massage involves, while decorative kimonos and Asian art crafted from dark wood frame the views of Biscayne Bay. Elegant Couples Suites provide the perfect escape for couples with two treatment beds and a comfortable sofa on which to share time and enjoy treatments together in absolute opulence. For those experiencing a private treatment in a Mandarin Suite, soft silk linens enlighten the mood and warm coral colors invite one to enjoy a soothing treatment such as the Spa’s signature Kundalini Journey. Each of the treatment suites reflects its personal and absorbing sense of place.

To fully immerse oneself in the spa experience, guests who reserve a sumptuous spa suite for two hours will receive an additional 20 minutes of relaxation time to take in the gorgeous surroundings and beautiful water views. Spa suite guests will receive hot herbal tea and freshly baked organic green tea shortbread to enjoy while relaxing in a decadent rose petal bath or on a plush chaise lounge. This allows each guest time to truly unwind and be in a serene state of mind before or after they experience their highly personalized spa treatment.

The deluxe tri-level spa provides the ultimate escape with a spectacular waterfront setting. Adopting a different approach to the traditional spa experience, The Spa offers a series of innovative and restorative treatments inspired by the elements of life, and the ancient traditions of Chinese, Ayurvedic, European, Balinese and Thai cultures. The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, Miami also offers a fully-equipped fitness center with state-of-the-art cardiovascular equipment, five private cabanas for outdoor massages, an infinity-edge swimming pool, separate male and female sauna and steam rooms, manicure/pedicure room, a Pilates studio, Yoga classes, Tai Chi and personal training is available.
