DOCOMO interTouch launches New Brand Campaign

DOCOMO interTouch, one of the world’s largest providers of a full-suite of integrated solutions for the global hospitality industry, has launched a new brand campaign that centres on the theme “Some Companies Promise The World, We Deliver It”.

This brand proposition is the key inspiration behind the new corporate logo – designed to communicate DOCOMO interTouch’s clear-cut commitment to deliver innovative technology solutions tailored to meet the needs of today’s hotel guest.

The visual centrepiece of the brand campaign incorporates parent company NTT DOCOMO’s new logo, recently unveiled as part of a separate rebranding campaign.

Concurrent with their new corporate slogan – Enhancing Guest Experience – the modern, simplistic and curved design of the logo’s typeface reflects the need for simplicity with a human touch in DOCOMO interTouch’s solutions and services. This reflects DOCOMO interTouch’s commitment to pursue technological advances with superior service quality, to provide a guest experience that is nothing less than a cut above.

DOCOMO interTouch CEO Charles Reed said that the new brand is a response to the company’s rapid expansion and its stronger ties to NTT DOCOMO.

“We have undergone some very exciting and significant shifts in our business over the last six months alone. We provide technology services to over 1,000 hotels in 63 countries with an expanded product range that includes more interactive solutions and in-room entertainment services such as Internet Protocol Television (IPTV). DOCOMO interTouch is also the first in Asia to deliver high-definition television (HDTV) to hotel guests,” said Reed.

“DOCOMO interTouch has grown to become one of the largest providers of a full suite of technology solutions for the hospitality industry globally. To continue our momentum of rapid growth, it is only fitting to reconsider our brand positioning in the market and communicate our reinforced commitment to deliver high-tech solutions matched by unparalleled service to our hotel partners.”

While the Singapore-based DOCOMO interTouch has always worked closely with NTT DOCOMO to leverage the Japanese mobile communications leader’s extensive R&D expertise, the two companies are committed more than ever to communicate their strong relationship. NTT DOCOMO’s new corporate colour ‘red’ symbolises energy and dynamism – values that are consistent with DOCOMO interTouch’s vision to achieve a strengthened brand as a hospitality technology company.

NTT DOCOMO’s Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Global Business Division Mr. Toshinari Kunieda said, “NTT DOCOMO re-designed the corporate logo to embody our commitment to achieve customer satisfaction and remain a leading innovator in the mobile communications industry. We are pleased to know, in accordance with our rebranding policy, DOCOMO interTouch, one of our important subsidiaries, has announced a new company logo to commit to deliver high quality services aimed at satisfying their customers. We are expecting DOCOMO interTouch to achieve greater success in future, and help NTT DOCOMO to realise one of our strategies of ‘Global Mobility Support’.”
