Dusit Laguna Villas in Phuket to Open in July

The Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket is to open its Dusit Laguna Villas to guests in mid-July 2008, offering increased privacy in luxurious accommodations.

The Dusit Laguna Villas are three-storey terraced properties located within the grounds of the Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket. Each villa has two bedrooms with sea or garden views and en suite bathrooms on the first floor. The next level features a kitchen, dining and living room with a scenic view and extended terrace for outdoor ambience. To further maximize the stunning vistas, a roof-top pool, outdoor shower and private sun-deck will be on the top floor.

Guests at the Dusit Laguna Villas will be able to enjoy additional benefits available only to Villa guests. These services include a private daily American breakfast at La Trattoria restaurant, daily fresh fruit platter, private check-in and welcome drinks upon arrival, complimentary soft-drinks from the minibar, 24-hour butler services, flight booking and confirmation, taxi/limousine calling services, laptop and hi-speed internet service, sun lounges in a private area on the beach, bicycles upon request and 10% discount on spa and other hotel facilities.

The Dusit Laguna Villas comprise Laguna Pool Villas and Ocean Front Pool Villas. From 15 July to 14 October 2008, a Laguna Pool Villa is available for THB 58,500 per villa per night. An Ocean Front Pool Villa is available for THB 68,650 per villa per night. Rates are nett inclusive of 10% service charge, 7% VAT and 1% provincial tax.
