AirAsia launches Special Fares Promotion

AirAsia has launched a promotion with up to 90% off fares on all the airline's Asian destinations departing from its hubs in Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Kota Kinabalu, Kuching, Johor), Thailand (Bangkok) and Indonesia (Jakarta and Bali).

From as low as RM 0.90++, guests can take a flight from Kuala Lumpur to Singapore or any of the Peninsular Malaysia destinations like Langkawi, Penang, Kuala Terengganu. And for RM 9++ to any of the East Malaysia destinations among others include Kuching, Miri, Kota Kinabalu, Labuan or Sibu. Those who want to splurge on a shopping spree in Jakarta or Bangkok or perhaps enjoy the sun and sea in Krabi or Phuket can do so also for the price of RM 9++.

Travellers who are more adventurous can discover the magical wonders of Indonesia such as Makassar, Manado, Yogyakarta, Surabaya, Solo or even the ever popular Bandung for RM 49++. Other invigorating destinations at a similar price are to Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Siem Reap, Haikou, Guangzhou or even the newly launched Guilin.

Some other hot destinations which are priced at RM 90++ include Bali, Hong Kong and Shenzhen. In addition to that, the long haul sectors serviced by AirAsia’s affiliate, AirAsia X are also included in campaign to Gold Coast, Perth and the newly launched Melbourne for RM199++ or even to Hangzhou for RM 90++.

Bookings need to be made by 28 September 2008 for travel between 6 January – 31 July 2009.

All fares quoted exclude airport taxes, fuel surcharges and fees, and are applicable for one-way travel only.
