Hong Kong Express Airways and its sister company Hong Kong Airlines are aiming at giving their passengers greater travel options by offering a free economy class seat with the purchase of every round-trip business class ticket.

Available until 25 October 2008, travellers who book a round trip business class trip with either airline will be able to fly free of charge to a destination within the same or lower flight zone. In addition, purchases of discounted business class and normal fare economy class tickets will be eligible for huge savings of up to 90% on purchases of additional economy class tickets.

“Hong Kong Express Airways is committed to offering more flexibility to passengers travelling around the region. Together with our sister company, Hong Kong Airlines, we want to give our customers more travel destination choices, backed by very high quality ground and in-flight services,” said Raymond Ng, Director, Commercial at Hong Kong Express Airways.

The ‘fly-for-free’ promotion offers a choice of 17 destinations including major cities in China, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia.

The travel period for the complimentary ticket is valid until December 25, 2008. Passengers may transfer these tickets to the nominee of their choice.
