Al Aqili Furnishings wins AED26-million Coral International Serviced Apartments Contract

Al Aqili Furnishings (AAF), a flooring giant and interior solutions provider, has sealed a landmark contract with Fakhruddin Properties, one of the UAE’s leading real estate developers, for furnishing and designing the full interior fit out of their latest development – The Coral International Serviced Apartments project at Dubai Sports City.

The AED26-million contract covers the fit out, flooring, curtains, wall covering, lighting and furniture of 282 units in addition to the reception, restaurant and other public areas.

“The high-end Coral International project, with its cutting-edge architecture, not only represents a great pride for us, but also gives us the opportunity to provide solutions that suit the premium lifestyle options offered to its sophisticated residents,” said Shahriar Khodjasteh, Group Marketing Director of AAF.

This contract, signed during this year’s Hotel Show, comes after the successful fit out and furnishing of Fakhruddin Properties’ Sheikh Zayed Road head office a month ago by AAF’s Office Solutions subsidiary Officeland.

AAF has continued its dynamic growth and transformation from a leading flooring specialist into a full interiors turnkey solutions provider  The Coral International Serviced Apartments adds to the roster of premium projects supplied and fitted by AAF such as the Emirates Towers, the Fairmont, Dusit Dubai, Al Qasr, Shangri La hotel, the InterContinental and others.
