Mr.
Suphatchai Awirutthaphanit has been appointed as Group Operations Manager
of Thailand-based Astudo Hotel and Resort Management.
Suphatchai will be based
in the Bangkok Head Office and will oversee all matters regarding Engineering, Human Resources, IT and Office
Administration. He is also responsible for Astudo’s Policy & Procedures, Standard Operation Procedures and Hotel Manuals for all resort
brands in the company’s portfolio.
Suphatchai, a Thai national who speaks Thai, English and French, graduated from The Lausanne Hotel Business School. Over the last decade
he has completed various management courses in the field of hospitality and has worked in different management positions for leading hotels
such as InterContinental, Four Seasons, Amari and the Peninsula.
Prior to his present appointment at Astudo Hotel & Resort Management, he
worked as Operations and Development Executive at Six Senses Resorts and Spas’
head office in Bangkok.
