Celebrate the Holiday Season with Silversea Cruises

This holiday season, Silversea Cruises is offering travelers an enticing collection of festive voyages traversing the globe from Asia, Africa, the South Pacific to the Caribbean and South America.

Guests looking for festive frolics in the sunshine can enjoy the holidays this year cruising the warm tropical waters of the South Pacific aboard Silver Whisper's 16-day "Barrier Reef Discovery" voyage, sailing from Singapore to Sydney on December 20 – January 5.

En route to Sydney, Silver Whisper will call in at Kura Kura (Karimunjawa) and Semarang in Indonesia, before navigating the breadth of Australia’s varied and inspiring coastline including Darwin, Thursday Island, Cairns, Brisbane, and the beautiful Whitsunday Islands. Early Booking Incentive fares start at HK$78,960 plus port charges per person, double occupancy in a Vista Suite.

Alternatively a seven night Christmas cruise option is available between Singapore and Darwin (20-27 December) and a nine night New Year cruise departing from Darwin on 27 December onto to Sydney. Early Booking Incentive fares start at HK$34,550 plus port charges per person, double occupancy for the Singapore to Darwin leg, and HK$44,370 plus port charges for the Darwin to Sydney leg, both in a Vista Suite.

Or travellers can opt for Silver Wind's "Chilean Fjord Fantasy," a 16-day voyage through the majestic Chilean fjords and around Cape Horn. The cruise departs Santiago on December 21 for Buenos Aires, with calls in Chile's Puerto Montt, Laguna San Rafael and Punta Arenas; Ushuaia and Puerto Madryn in Argentina; and Montevideo, Uruguay. Early Booking Incentive fares start at HK$76,970 plus port charges per person, double occupancy in a Vista Suite. 

Another enticing option is Silver Shadow's 14-day "Captivating Caribbean" cruise, sailing round-trip from Fort Lauderdale on December 23, with calls in St. Bart's, St. Kitts, Antigua, Guadeloupe, St. Lucia, Barbados, Tortola and Key West. Early Booking Incentive fares start at HK$63,220 plus port charges per person, double occupancy in a Vista Suite.

For all Christmas and New Year sailings, Silversea ships are dressed up with elegant decorations that echo the spirit of the season, whimsical gingerbread cottages and festive gourmet cookies, created by Silversea’s master chefs will often adorn public spaces and add a touch of old-fashioned holiday charm.

Passengers can sip eggnog, hot chocolate and warm mulled wine as they enjoy a visit from Santa onboard the ship.
